1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "kt44", "we", "us", "our" refers to the kt44 platform and the legal entity operating it.
• "Platform" means the kt44 website accessible at https://kt44.io, including all sub-pages, mobile applications, and associated digital services.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has registered a kt44 account or who accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal member account opened by you on the kt44 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your kt44 Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or bonus amount credited to your Account under a kt44 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable as real money.
• "Bet" means any sports wager, casino game stake, or other real-money action placed through the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by kt44.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 11 of these terms.
• "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond kt44's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, power failures, or telecommunications outages.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on kt44 or by using any part of the Platform — including browsing, depositing, placing bets, or claiming promotions — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, the kt44 Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents together form the entire agreement between you and kt44.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that person to these terms. kt44 recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms & Conditions for your own records.

These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and kt44 with respect to the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the kt44 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kt44 enforces a 21+ age restriction on all products and services without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your own name and for your own personal use — not on behalf of a commercial enterprise.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where accessing this Platform would contravene applicable local law.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by kt44 or any recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kt44 or any affiliated entity, or an immediate family member of such a person.

kt44 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe that a member is under the age of 21, we will immediately suspend the Account pending age verification. If verification confirms the member is underage, the Account will be permanently closed, all bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned — but no winnings will be paid out.

kt44 uses third-party age and identity verification services. You consent to kt44 conducting such checks as a condition of Account registration and continued use of the Platform.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one kt44 Account. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account and must update that information promptly if it changes. kt44 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you, including incorrect payment details that result in failed or misdirected withdrawals.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. kt44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify kt44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Account Inactivity

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. kt44 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the available balance. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after inactivity may be closed at kt44's discretion.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

kt44 is required to verify the identity of its members to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to ensure the integrity of the Platform. You agree to provide the following documents when requested:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, passport, or driving licence (government-issued, showing full name, date of birth, and photograph).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used for deposits belongs to you.

kt44 may request additional documentation at any time, including for large withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension.

All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the kt44 Privacy Policy. Documents are processed securely and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or by our identity verification service providers.

6. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

6.1 Currency

All kt44 Account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). kt44 does not accept deposits or pay withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion costs or fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility.

6.2 Accepted Payment Methods

kt44 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account verification status. kt44 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum deposit per transaction: ৳500,000 (subject to payment provider limits)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum withdrawal per day: ৳200,000 (higher limits may be available for VIP members)

6.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–6 hours for verified accounts using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. kt44 does not charge withdrawal fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.

6.5 Refused Transactions

kt44 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or a chargeback claim. In such cases, kt44 may freeze the affected Account pending investigation.

6.6 Responsible Use of Funds

Members are encouraged to deposit only amounts they can afford to lose. kt44 provides deposit limit tools accessible from your Account settings. Setting a deposit limit is strongly recommended as part of responsible gambling practice.

7. Betting Rules and Settlement

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on kt44 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable betting rules. kt44 follows widely accepted international sports betting industry standards for event settlement.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. kt44 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any member's account at its discretion, including where betting patterns suggest abuse of the system.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and stakes returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours; the market was offered in clear error (e.g., incorrect pricing due to data feed failure); an event is determined to have been subject to match fixing; or other circumstances as determined in kt44's sole and reasonable discretion.

7.4 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-opening at any time. Bets accepted during a live betting suspension are void. It is your responsibility to ensure that your internet connection is stable enough for live betting. kt44 is not liable for bets placed or missed due to connectivity issues on your end.

7.5 Settlement Disputes

If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of settlement by contacting [email protected] with your bet reference number. kt44 will review the settlement and provide a written response within 5 business days. The decision of kt44's settlements team is final.

8. Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on kt44 use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own published Return to Player (RTP) percentage and paytable rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

Malfunction of any game software or hardware voids all affected game outcomes and any associated pay. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the server. The server-side result is authoritative. kt44 is not liable for losses resulting from your device or internet connection failing during active game play.

9. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by kt44 are subject to specific terms including a wagering requirement, a validity period, maximum bet restrictions while using bonus funds, and game contribution rates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least 30 times before they can be converted to real money and withdrawn. During the wagering period, the maximum stake per bet using bonus funds is ৳500. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

9.3 Game Contributions

Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute 10%; RNG table games contribute 5%; and certain excluded games contribute 0%. 9.4 Bonus Abuse

kt44 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a member has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing bets designed to exploit wagering requirements with minimal risk (bonus hunting); using automated software to claim promotions; or providing false information during registration to qualify for a promotion.

9.5 Promotional Changes

kt44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and may be withheld from members whose betting patterns are not consistent with recreational use.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

kt44 takes its duty of care to members seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders at no charge, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum of 12 months.

Once a self-exclusion is active, kt44 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent you from accessing the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to re-register or access the Platform through any means. 11. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kt44 Platform. kt44 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in Prohibited Conduct, to withhold and forfeit all balances, and to report the activity to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening more than one Account (multi-accounting), including using another person's identity to open an Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or claim promotions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic exploitation of odds or bonus structures designed to generate risk-free profit at kt44's expense.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Any conduct connected to match fixing, spot fixing, or insider information relating to a sporting event.
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment claims after funds have been used for betting or gaming.
• Attempting to launder money or use kt44 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kt44 staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform or another member's Account without authorisation, including through hacking or phishing.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of Account registration, KYC, or customer support interaction.

kt44 employs advanced fraud detection and risk monitoring systems that operate continuously. Suspicious activity is flagged for manual review and may result in immediate account action without prior warning.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the kt44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, data compilations, software, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of kt44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, copy, frame, sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Platform without kt44's prior written consent.

Game content including graphics, audio, and mechanics are the property of the respective game studio (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt) and are subject to those studios' intellectual property rights.

13. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The kt44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While kt44 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kt44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or losses resulting from your reliance on any information displayed on the Platform.

kt44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

kt44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such processing. The kt44 Privacy Policy sets out in detail: what data we collect, how it is used, how long it is retained, who it may be shared with, and your rights regarding your personal data.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the kt44 Platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. kt44 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be handled within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

15. Amendments to These Terms

kt44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kt44 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not accept any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw your available balance before the amendment takes effect. You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected].

16. Termination and Account Closure

kt44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• kt44 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority.
• kt44 determines that continued operation of your Account presents a financial, reputational, legal, or security risk to the Platform or to other members.
• You have been identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or are subject to international sanctions.

Upon termination for breach, kt44 may withhold and forfeit any balance in your Account. Upon termination for any other reason, kt44 will return your available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to your registered payment method after completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the kt44 operating entity.

In the event of a dispute between you and kt44, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. kt44 commits to responding to formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
